If traveling with your dog, you must check entry requirements for your pet with the Canadian Food Inspection Agency. You will also need to check with your airline whether traveling with your pet will be possible. We strongly recommend you to avoid Air Canada if traveling with a pet.

In order to protect Canada against invasive species, pests, and diseases, and in application of Canada Customs regulations, any equipment you bring with you, including your tent and hiking boots, must be cleaned and disinfected, and free of any soil residues.
